It's been a very busy month for us, so we are very sorry for the lack of updates and pictures. I (Amanda) moved and Tracy has been doing a great job holding down the fort while my family and I get settled. We will still be doing the 100th carrier - even though we have already surpassed that. It will be a very special carrier that I am hoping to have completed in the next couple of weeks. Keep your eyes peeled!!

Instock Solarveil

This is the last solarveil carrier that we'll be able to make! We can add a removable hood to it - just email!! Applique is made with Michael Miller's Gabriella print, and the patchwork is 100% solarveil. There is also a lotus stitch on the straps! This is definitely a one of a kind carrier.

Please note - this is a slight second and the price reflects that. There are some stitches that aren't completely straight and the tag is sewn upside down. These do not at all affect the safety or beauty of the carrier!

We've been reading lately that there is a lot of question on how exactly to wear our carriers. We know that the pictures on our site aren't the best and we're working on that ;), but in the mean time, here is a general idea.

In a front carry, straps are crossed in the back.

In a back carry, they are worn "backpack" style. If you have a chest clip, then it just slides up the straps and clips just above the breast bone.

Hi everyone - sorry it has been awhile since I last blogged! We have been very busy filling the last of the diaperswappers co-op (YAY!!!) and we just found out that I (Amanda) will be moving in early September!! I know some of you know us personally - some do not. Tracy and I were living 20 minutes from each other when our business first started, then Tracy and her husband moved leaving the gap roughly 40 minutes in good traffic. My husband and I have been patiently searching and we came across the perfect home for us! The best part - it's FIVE doors down from Tracy and her family! We are completely excited! Don't forget we will be at BOLD in Charlotte on September 6th - stop by and say hello! We will begin working on the mamasavers co-op this week and we will not be offering another co-op until after my move and our local LLL baby fair is finished. We will offer late September and late October/early November and then no more co-ops until the new year.

Kimberly's buckle tai is a one of a kind. Kimberly got a regular mei tai body with buckles instead of ties. Kimberly wanted a thinner, more airy carrier so her carrier is made from Amy Butler's lotus fabric backed with grey raw silk. The straps are also the raw silk. We think it turned out gorgeous! Since I last blogged! Sorry for that!!! Lots has been happening with the Two Mommas! We have decided to leave the Aardvarks congo and will soon be stocking on a NEW CONGO!
